Due to a road traffic accident, I was almost 30 minutes late for the appointment but reception staff were accomodating and Shelley L was fantastic in calming me and my upset child. My child quietly cheered up and had a fun with the assessment. Very happy mum.

Please make your phone number more visible on the appointment letters/ websites for better communication.

Thank you for your feedback. We will review our letters and website information. On letters I have asked for the phone number to be in a larger font and bold. For the website we will work with the comms department to ensure our number is more easily found.

I felt that Rebecca knew what the problem was, knew what needed to be done, and then explained it in a way my daughter understood. We felt supported and confident in the information we were given.
